Switching power supply is a high-frequency energy conversion device,also known as interactive power supply.It can convert a quasi-voltage to the current or voltage required by the output through different design configurations.At present,the switching power supply has been widely used in a variety of areas,such as scientific research and production,military manufacturing,communication equipments,power supply equipments and lighting devices,which has the advantage of high efficiency,low power consumption and price.The ground power supply used in the current ground measurement and control system of rockets launching adopts a manual adjustment mode and cannot adapt well to the current requirements of space systems for equipment.In this paper,the development of switching power supply at home and abroad is deeply studied.In combination with actual situation of our contry,a type of remote control switching power supply is designed,which has the advantages of high reliability and intelligence,and the current situation that the traditional switch power supply is lack of remote control function can be changed.The study of the paper conforms to the development trend of switching power supply.Through the summarizing of the development status and trends of the domestic and foreign switching power supplies,this paper puts forward the project design requirements.Based on the technical indicators of the power supply,the paper analyzes the difficulties in ensuring the reliability of the power supply and the stability of the remotely extracted design,and gives the design of important components such as power supply modules.Under the principle of ensuring the reliability of the power supply,using the design theory of advanced switching power supply,the circuit design of the power supply is completed.Finally,the static parameters and dynamic indicators of the power supply meet the design requirements through the tests,which verifies the feasibility of the analysis and design of the remote mining function and ensures the high reliability of the system design.After the actual use of the whole machine,it proves that the power supply fully meet the design requirements.
