The DC switching power supply which has the characteristics of high power anddigital control plays an important role in industrial with the rapid development andpopularization of switching power supply. The digital DC switching power supply hasbeen widely researched and put into application in many areas such as electroplatingpower supply, welding machine power supply, charging power supply and othertraditional and emerging industrial. Therefore, developing higher performance to priceratio, and higher power low voltage high current switching power supply is of greatsignificance.Based on the topic of the application background for electrolytic industry, weexpound how to develop the12V100A and100V30A digital DC numerical controlswitching power supply. A brief introduction about the background and significance oftopics is made in this thesis firstly. And then the development of switching power supplytechnology is compared at home and abroad. The analysis about the structure, workingprinciple of several kinds of practical switching power supply and control process is alsodetailed given. Based on the above analysis, the structure of12V100A is selected asFull-bridge inverter with Current-doubler rectifier, and100V30A is selected asFull-bridge inverter with Full-bridge rectifier. The high-frequency transformer is made bySandwich winding method. And the simulation result shows the feasibility of thestructure and the main parameters. Then the design of hardware and software of thecontrol system is expounded. The dsPIC33FJ64MC506is adopted as the system mastercontrol chip. The modular design method is used to explore the software, and it canroughly be divided into software initialization module, human-computer interactionmodule, PWM module and the upper machine communication module. At the end, the thesis puts forward the final test and experiment results, the results have been comparedwith the saber simulation results. It shows that the two low voltage high current switchingpower supply with hard switching technology is good enough to achieve thepredetermined indicators, and has higher performance to price ratio.
