The effectiveness by carrying out the projects has become the focus of the whole nation, the whole enterprises and the whole society. The project belongs to MCC Chenggong Wuye Construction Co.Ltd which is typical in the construction system. As a result, the conclusion of the study can be used in the whole construction industry. Namely, the conclusion will be the reference of the whole construction system in PM.According to the research, as long as people change their traditional thinking pattern and concept, fully realize the influence of PM in pursuing the corporate objectives, fully apply the new outcomes of modern science and technology;timely refine and innovate the PM on account of the real external environment, can the company ensure its greater gains and enhance its competitiveness.
