With the proposal of German Industry 4.0,the global manufacturing industry is facing a new round of transformation and upgrading.China has also put forward the "Made in China 2025 Strategy" to speed up the development of China's new industrialization road.Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of global manufacturing industry,China's umanufacturing industry is facing the dilmma of "two-way extrusion" between the technological advantages of developed countries and the low-cost competitive advantages of developing countries.Exploring an efficient production and management paradigm has become an inevitable choice and urgent need to be solved problem to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry, enhance the core competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry in the world and realize world-class manufacturing.Lean production,as an efficient mode of production and management, has been highly recognized by the world's enterprises in practice. In this dissertation, the relationship among lean inventory management, management innovation and enterprise performance is analyzed by using literature research and empirical research methods. The full text is divided into five parts, chapter one is the introduction, from the research background, research significance, research methods, research innovation and other parts,to explain why to study this topic, what kind of theoretical value and practical value of this topic, through which methods to carry out research on this topic, and what innovations this topic research has.Chapter two is the relevant theories and literature review.Firstly, the lean production theory, management innovation theory and inventory management theory are elaborated, which are the key theoretical support of this study.Secondly, the relevant literature is sorted out.In the process of sorting out and summarizing the literature,we can fully grasp the progress and the latest developments related to the research topic, and deduce the necessity and urgency of the research.Chapter three is the research design.Firstly,on the basis of literature review and rational inference, the hypothesis of this dissertation is put forward, that is,lean inventory management and enterprise performance have inverted U-shaped relationship, lean inventory management and management innovation have U-shaped relationship, management innovation and enterprise performance have a positive correlation, management innovation has played a non-linear part mediation between lean inventory management and enterprise performance.Secondly, the data source and sample selection, the definition and measurement of each variable are elaborated, and the theoretical model is constructed.Chapter four is empirical analysis.Regression analysis is used to analyze the sample of Listed Companies in China's automobile manufacturing industry.Variable replacement robustness test method and Bootstrap non-linear mediation effect test method are used to further confirm the reliability of regression results and ensure the validity of research results and assumptions.Chapter five is the conclusion and suggestion of the study. It briefly summarizes and analyses the research results, points out the limitations of this study, and puts forward some topics for further discussion in the future. In addition, based on the theoretical framework of lean production management, this dissertation puts forward some research suggestions from the aspects of collaborative development of lean management, standardization of the basic conditions of lean production,Jidoka and Just in time of the two pillars of lean production, continuous improvement and respect for human nature of the core idea of lean production etc.,hoping to further enhance the theory and application value of this study.
