Analysis Of The Quality Improvement Of Research Institute Laboratory Enterprise Based On Lean Management

As the most important member in economic society,enterprise plays a key role as long as always.With the advancement of economic society,more and more types of enterprises continue to emerge.Research institute laboratory enterprises have come up be a new type of enterprise that has emerged with the development of science and technology and industrial progress.However,in the face of the opening economic environment,it becomes to a primary problem that how to maintain their vitality and competitiveness through improving the level of quality.Lean Production,as known as Toyota Production System and Lean Management give us a new horizon of the enterprise management since the 1980 s.While the Lean Management can also well be integrated with various quality management concepts and tools such as 5S,total quality management,and Value Stream Mapping.By combining with these,Lean Management can form a system of enterprise quality improvement.Entropy,which derived from thermodynamics,has been developed into a new discipline combined with various disciplines.Management entropy theory,united with management and entropy theory,has developed into a new cross-science.It is provided a new kind of model for the research of enterprise management.In this dissertation,Company C,which is specialized in automotive test and research and the new energy department has been selected as the object of the research.In the research,the improvement of the organizational structure of the department by Lean Management was analyzed from both internal and external affects.According to the entropy theory,it gave the entropy composition of the enterprises in this dissertation and pointed that management does not create value immediately,but decreases the entropy.Then it is researched that the implementation and result of overall quality improvement by Lean Management which is using the methods of waste identification and elimination,process management and regional 5S management.Through given the example of the lean management improvement of the test process system of the new energy department of Company C,it was demonstrated that the lean management can reduce the entropy of enterprises.Combined with previous analysis,it could be improved the vitality and compositeness of enterprise.Finally,two directions were given in further research in this dissertation.Taking the new energy department of C company as the research object,this dissertation used entropy theory as the tool and measurement to study the methods and effects of using Lean Management to implement comprehensive lean improvement.It demonstrates the important role of Lean Management in the quality improvement of research institute laboratory enterprises.
