Due to Lightning is a strong discharging phenomenon in the nature, having a few characters such as transient, high gradient, high current, high voltage, strong electromagnetic radiation, which will bring lots of serious damages to the electronic equipments.Depending on the conclusion about the approach of the lightning strikes the electronic equipment system, the analysis of DBSGP technique of the electronic equipment system lightning protection given by the experts home and abroad, and the actual situation of electronic equipment lightning protection, the author raised the problems of the layout of equipotential grounding lines in electronic equipment system lightning protection technical system, and further more take a research on the main grounding line layout in electronic equipment lightning protection.Based on the several methods put forward by other experts for electronic equipment DC grounding, DC grounding, static grounding,protection grounding and so on, such as suspended grounding, single grounding, more groundings and mixed grounding, analysing the relationship among all kinds of groundings, the auther raised some grounding methods for all kinds of groundings in electronic equipment system, namely all kinds of the independent grounded counterpoise, the grounding method that Common Bus and Uncommon Bus in the Same Grounding , and Common Bus and Bus in the Same Grounding.By the analysis on the comparation with the grounding methods such as independent grounded counterpoise, Common Bus and Uncommon Bus in the Same Grounding, and Common Bus and Bus in the Same Grounding, we can get the conclution that it requires that the distance among grounded counterpoises should be at least 20 meters if use the independent grounded counterpoise in the electronic equipment system, which can't be achieved in the cities now.It may lead kilovolt lightning over-voltage counterattack during all kinds of groundings in electronic equipment if use Common Bus and Bus in the Same Grounding method;and using Uncommon Bus in the Same Grounding method it only requires the following conditions to implement the effective protection for the electronic equipment system: closed grounded counterpoise, insurability, comparability and distance character of every grounding main line, so we can say that the Uncommon Bus in the Same Grounding method is the most effetive equipotential connecting grounding bus layout of the electrical equipment system, and it had been validated by the comparation of the independent grounded counterpoise, Common Bus and Uncommon Bus in the Same Grounding , and Common Bus and Bus in the Same Grounding three grounding methods for all kinds of groundings in the electronic equipment system in the electromagnetism transient emulational experiment.
