MEMS micro power supply is one of the important research directions of the MEMS technology. Recent research hotspot of MEMS micro power is the MEMS micro generator, which could convert external environment energy into electrical energy. Under the fund of the national"863"Micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS) special project, advance the research on the vibration piezoelectric micro generator based on the MEMS technology, in order to carry out the application exploration of this system in the machinery fault monitoring system. So it has very important scientific meaning and practical application value.On the basis of the analysis about the domestic and international development status quo of the micro vibration generator, carry out the research on the correlative theory and the key process technology; aiming at energy requirement and work characteristics of the wireless transmitter module of the machinery failure vibration monitoring system, develop the power supply management circuit; complete the application demonstration experiment in the machinery fault vibration monitoring system. The primary research work of this paper is:①On the basis of consulting vast literature, analyze the domestic and international development status quo of the micro vibration generator, research on the structure and working principle of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator system, and advance the project of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator system;②Analyze and research on the theoretical model of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator—Roundy model, carry out structure design of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator, and explore the method that expands the frequency bandwidth of the vibration micro generator;③Research on the key process technology of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator, successfully develop the vibration piezoelectric micro generator prototype. It could be obtained through tests: the operation frequency is 25-400 Hz , the output voltage is 3.2-17.5V , and the output power is 97.5-673.7μW ;④According to energy requirement and work characteristics of the wireless transmitter module of the machinery failure vibration monitoring system, design and manufacture a novel power supply management circuit, and supply electrical energy for the wireless transmitter module with the vibration piezoelectric micro generator; ⑤Carry out the application research of the vibration piezoelectric micro generator system in the machinery fault vibration monitoring system. Utilizing the vibration piezoelectric micro generator group (four generators) and the power supply management circuit system, carry out the application experiment of the machinery failure vibration monitoring system on the Changhua 7th ship, witch is running in the Changjiang River. It satisfies the application requirement.
