Dong-fang Boiler Group Ltd Co designs and manufactures a new type improving boiler for Pan-nan power plant unit 1 using the technology of British Mitsui Babcock company,it is the first 600 MW subcritical boiler that has been put into use in Southwest of China.This type boiler is unit opposite firing boiler with natural circulation steam drum stove and LNASB(Low NOx Axial Swirl Burner) axial cyclone pulverized coal burner.Because of lack of functioning experience,these problems require our more attention in the process of functioning,such as the practical work,the distribution of aerodynamic field.Therefore the experiment and optimization of cold state aerodynamic field in the furnace for 600MW subcritical boiler is significance and value in project.This paper is in view of the type 600MW subcritical boiler with unit opposite firing, through deeply to analysis the cold state experimental conditions of boiler,experimental methods and on base of the principle of data processing and calculation.The test point and the arrangement were determined.The relations between the secondary air speed and amount of the secondary air nozzle,the relations between the secondary air eddy intensity and cyclone's position,and leveling the primary air in the same layer were also researched by experiment.According to the experimental results,the aerodynamic field distribution of this boiler was further analyzed and the optimization improvement plan was proposed.The results show that the determined boiler unit experimental condition and experimental method is feasible and reasonable,the calculation principle and method for data processing and correction are correct,the measuring point and the arrangement are reasonable.Experimental study indicates the furnace has a certain fullness under different air match ways,the adjacent and layer burner jet without mutual interference; Side wall air current speed is low and hasn't obvious washout phenomenon,the burner jet hasn't formed the phenomenon of full-proliferation jet washout furnace wall and adherent the wall;the OFA primary burnout air has a big jet rigidity and a slow proliferation decay,and also it has a strong penetration capability.Through calibration for BS-1 measuring speed tube of 1# boiler cold state primary air,it shows the flow coefficient is stable and can be used in the experiment for the primary air adjustment measurement and the leveling of the primary air in the same layer.The secondary air sleeve of 1# boiler burner has an obvious regulation impact to the air speed with its opening of 0%-50%,they assume the linear relation ship basically; when the opening of the secondary air sleeve above 50%,it almost hasn't any effect on the change of speed.After optimization,the initial location of the cyclone and throttle burner sleeve should be in Table 5.9 to set up to organize combustion.
