| A 600MW subcritical thermal power generating unit DEH control system has so many problems in the practical application. Some problems start to expose,such as control system backward, control system hardware aging, accuracy of adjustment not high, high delay rate in governing system, high failure rate in governing system, valve characteristic and the parameter does not match. The purpose of this treatise is to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of DEH control system by reasonable technological reconstruction. We set a target after reconstruction that the DEH control system will has more perfect control functions,more perfect dynamic and static control characteristics and higher system safety. We make reasonable measures to reconstruct the unit. |
