In recent years,with the continuous improvement of control theory and the continuous development of computer technology,we can get the system model conveniently,and then optimize the controller parameters to achieve the best control effect.For the combustion system of subcritical units,because of the large number of equipment involved,the internal structure is rather complex.Therefore,it can be found that the related parameters have great influence,and it is still a thermal system with many output inputs.The combustion system has three important parameters,namely furnace pressure control system,flue gas oxygen content control system and main steam pressure control system for the coal-fired power unit,the three parameters is very important,which has great influence on safety and economic aspects.Therefore,it is of great significance for the thermal power unit to get the characteristics of the control object of the combustion system and get the appropriate parameters of the controller.At present,China's thermal power units have a large proportion of sub critical thermal power units.Therefore,it is urgent to study the modeling and optimization of the combustion system of sub critical units.In view of the present situation,the following study will be carried out.(1)This paper uses data collected in the field,after data screening,model selection and other steps,with an improved SFLA,on a Zhanjiang 600 MW subcritical unit combustion system modeling.Because the combustion system is generally regarded as a linear system,this paper chooses the transfer function to describe the system.The fan vane,static air and fuel quantity of the movable vanes of the three inputs and the output corresponding to the furnace pressure and oxygen content in flue gas and steam pressure.(2)This paper adopts the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm.Three parameters of controller combustion on a Zhanjiang 600 MW subcritical thermal power unit using this algorithm to optimize the system,respectively,the oxygen content of flue gas furnace pressure controller and controller of main steam pressure controller,in order to control the combustion system better,achieve more economic and security purposes.
