| The contactless power transfer system is a novel power transfer technology, which transmit energy to load by electromagnetic coupling and without electrical or physical contact, what's more, it eliminate contact existence of electric spark completely, reduce mechanical wear, and have the characteristics that safeguard operating non-maintaining or low. It has been developed rapidly for its security, environmental protection, free maintenance, good adaptability characteristics.In order to improve system's security and stability, a primary circuit control method should be presented according to load change. This paper mainly focuses on track current stability problems in contactless inductive coupled power transfer Systems.This paper is funded by Nature Science Fundation of China. This paper mainly solves problems of track current in order to make system working. This paper introduces the current research status of inductive coupled power transfer technology, research aims and significance, running principle and fundamental structure and component functions respectively.The primary content of paper detailedly analyzes variation of track current with load change , and get several factors impact on track current by expressions. Paper give two control methods to solve change of current, one is adding DC—DC circuit in front of high frequency inverter, through modulating voltage of DC—DC circuit to rectify track current. The other way is shifting-control, by altering shifting-angle to make tract current stablitily.With the aid of MATLAB and Simulink, we carry out a series of simulation, make the PCB, and carry out a series of experiments. The experiment results show the control method can realize current constant effectively. It also verifies the analysis and simulation results. |
