The contactless power transfer system is one of the newest power transfer technology, which transmit energy to load by electromagnetic coupling, it has attracted much attention in recent years. The contactless power transfer technology is a technology which includes Power electronic technology, Frequency converter technique and control technology. With the development of power electronic technology, the research of the contactless power transfer technology is also studied more deep. In recent years, applications of the CPT technology made many successful cases. Compared with the traditional power transmission technology, this new technology can transfer power without wire, which can avoid many problems, such as the wire aging, contact spark, in traditional power transmission, this also guarantee the safety of the non-contact power transmission technology is higher. As there are more and more demands of non-contact power transfer is various fields, CPT technology has been a popular research project.First, the paper introduce the main idea and the status quo of research home and abroad, then gives the purpose,the significance and the content of the study. This paper also show the principle and composition of the non-contact power transmission circuit, and give the simple introduction of every part of the circuit.Based on the model of the loose coupling transformer, the mutual inductance model and the leakage inductance model are given. Deduce the calculation formula of loose coupling transformer under each model, show the relationship of the two model. For the leakage inductance of loose coupling transformer is big, which cause the mutual inductance is low. To solve this problem, several compensation model of the circuit are given and deduce the calculation of the capacitance.In view of the control method of the circuit, this paper introduces the energy injection and free combination of resonant circuit control method, and analyses the control methods of the calculation method of resonance frequency. This paper shows the frequency bifurcation phenomenon, and then gives some corresponding analysis, analysis the acting on the system design. On the basis of the above, introduce the calculation of frequency when the circuit works on the energy injection model. Analysised the effect on the output when the resistance is changing, and gives the circuit’s output characteristic curve. Finally, the paper establishes the system model, using Ansoft simulation with PSIM software has carried on the related analysis, studied the circuit related waveforms and parameters. And according to the relevant research results, make a practical experiment model, and carries on the corresponding experiment, verify the relevant theoretical calculation and simulation results.
