The QY32W truck crane is a military product .It is designed and empoldered in order to settle for the special requirements of the Pakistan military authority and Second Artillery 32 ton truck crane. In consideration of the particularity of military products,the reliability and maintainability is possessed of higher demand than the civil products.To satisfy the military products,it is necessary to optimally design and Analytically research the chassis structure of the 32 ton truck crane for improving the quality and reliability of products.The chassis structure which is important for capability is one of the main structures. If it fails to function,it will come out serious rerult. Such as, the strength shortage will cause the distortion and breakage of the structure; the rigidity shortage will cause the unsteady running and destroy the part of gyre,envn upset. Its height is 15%~25% of the whole one.If it has enough strength and enough rigidity, furthest weight reduction will enhance the carrying capacity.This is an important studying problem.With the development of the large tonnage,it is much more important and imminency.As a car product,the whole collocation of the derrick,the height of the whole machine has strict national standard requests, one the hand , to fulfill the requst of the whole machine railage and assure the benign driving stability ,it must need the height of the whole machine and center of gravity as low as possible .another hand , in order to satisfy the driving , the whole machine has a good pass function which contains appropriate close Cape, leave Cape and Zong, horizontal pass radius, and then request the arraignment of whole machine to jack up possibly.But, in the total design and location with derricks , being the limit of structure, hanging system ,driving bridge and radius of car wheel and so on , which decide the factors of the whole machine height, it can adjust of the small scope . It makes the bottom structure ,that also had eough intensity ,stiffness and stability ,have enough strength, which is the best way of solving this antinomy. Therefore ,it is necessary to carry out accurate calculation and analysis to the bottom structure .At the same time, in the general arrangement of the crane,it is necessary to adjust and deal with some part of the bottom structure in order to ensure the structure and placement of parts harmoniously.Adjusting and dealing with the partial structure will come out influence unavoidablely for the strength of bottom,the rigidity and the stability.To insure the stability of the whole machine and Fending off stress concentration,part unsteady and destroy cause the accident,so it is necessary to closely calculate and analysis the part of bottom structure.This paper is based on the actual production and management in company.First, it takes the total design and the calculation as a basis,and draw a bottom structure diagram and modify the part of bottom ctructure.Then it builds a three-dimensional model and do the finite element calculation and analysis.The actual experiment data of the structure is analysised and compared with the result of the the finite element calculation and analysis,and combines the both to case-hardened rectification of the Optimum bottom structure diagram.
