Automated Mechanical Transmission is a type of product fit for our national condition and will become the main direction which our country's transmission gearbox will develop, which has the merit not only of Automated Transmission's easier operation but also of the quondam manual transmission's highly efficient gear drive, the low cost, the simple structure and the good manufacture heritage. The development and production of AMT may retain previous product line of manual transmission and greatly save the investment for reconstruction of professional production line and equipment. This paper is mainly researched on integrated control strategy of power train system AMT of Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle. At the same time, AMT power train system of match is optimized by researching, which is satisfied with power request, in order to improve the start and shift quality. The research contents are shown as follows:â‘ At first,AMT is introduced development and application in china and international.In the meantime,Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle which researchs the key technique are discussed. The liquid press control system is applied in the block organization.And Analysis of AMT clutch control organization projectâ‘¡1.At first,Analysis the influence characteristic parameters of diesel engine,and the steady model of diesel engine is established.At the same time,the diesel engine speed controls with AMT carry on researching.So the diesel engine speed PID control is used in this paper by simulation and analysis.â‘¢The clutch control engagement rule is elaborated and the clutch control quality indicators are discussed in this paper. The start AMT of Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle is set up fuzzy control system in which are used to the fuzzy theory. The clutch model of the whole vehicle start and respectively subsystem model are based on them, So the control strategy of clutch is attained,which can make it comprehensive evaluate the start quality during the start process of vehicle.â‘£The AMT system of Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle is established the mathematics model during the shift.Using this model, the optimal-power shift schedule and optimal fuel-economy shift schedule above are simulated and proved to be reasonable. The establishment optimal shift schedule model is used to simulated the system during the analysis.And attain the control strategy.
