| Distribution network reconfiguration is the important means to optimize distribution system operation and one of the important contents of distribution automation study. Actually, distribution network reconfiguration means the change of distribution network structure according to optimization of status of switches, in order to distribute load more reasonably for the purpose of reducing power loss and improving the quality of the voltage. Putting into fully effect of the distribution network reconfiguration, the security and economy of existing distribution system can be enhanced. Researchers have extensively studied on network reconfiguration of distribution system over a long period of time.On the basis of the analysis of distribution network structure, the distribution network reconfiguration combined genetic algorithm with fuzzy control is studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows:First of all, distribution network theory and breadth-first search (BFS) method are employed in analyzing the topology structure of distribution network in this paper. The lay-dividing and zone-dividing network models are proposed based on that distribution network is divided into several zones in the light of several source buses; each zone is divided into some lays in the meantime. The topology structures of distribution network which structures have been changed in the process of optimizing distribution network are distinguished by BFS method; and the power flow of distribution network is calculated by forward/back sweep method formed upon the lay-dividing and zone-dividing network structures of distribution system.Secondly, the methodology of distribution network reconfiguration are analyzed and explained in brief in this paper. Taking account of many specialties of genetic algorithm that are suitable for solving the problems, the algorithm is applied to the research of distribution network reconfiguration in the thesis. Because there are such a large amount of switches in distribution network that a good chromosome encoding rule has a great effect on the efficiency of genetic algorithm, decimal coding rule and online controls to the crossover and mutation by fuzzy rules are introduced, which can effectively improve the speed of optimizing in the process of genetic operation.Above all, the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration to reduce power loss of distribution network is adopted in this paper, fuzzy decimal-encoding genetic algorithm is made use of solving the problem. The network reconfiguration program based on fuzzy genetic algorithm is implemented and is applied into IEEE 16-BUS,33-BUS,69-BUS test system. The calculation results indicate that the algorithm has a stronger ability of finding best solution and quick convergent.At last, the presented algorithm is applied to network reconfiguration of the Mianyang urban 10kV distributions network. The results show the validity and feasibility of the method. |
