According to the regulations of―Design standard for energy efficiency of residen-tial buildings in severe cold and cold zones‖(JGJ26-2010), the heat transfer coeffi-cients are reduced. And in order to ensure that people can have better indoor living con-ditions, Produceing the high-performance windows which satisfy national standards has become imminent.Firstly, the boundary conditions of the software of WINDOW6.3å'ŒTHERM6.3as well as the properties of the various window materials are described, Through the analysis of anti-condensation properties, lighting and heating energy performance,Get all the requirements of the high-performance windows which satisfy national standards in the simulation boundary conditions. For the areas of Harbin and Beijing, the surface temperature of the window are not less than7.0℃and3.5℃,The heat transfer coeffi-cient of the window must be less than1.5W/(m2K) and visible light transmittance is not less than0.4.Secondly, Many different combinations of glass, including double glazing unit, tri-ple-glazing, single suspended coated film glass, double suspended coated film glass are calculated by the software of WINDOW6.3. By comparison and analysis, a variety of high-performance glazing combinations are obtained, For example: triple-glazing, sin-gle suspended film glass with the film of SCL_PS4.CP, argon filled single suspended film glass with the film of SCL_PS4.CP, And the premise is that they must have a low emissivity coating layer first.Then under the conditions of a variety of glass compositions and different frames (including low-conductance spacers instead of Alumimum spacer and frames filled with polyurethane etc), simulated the glass edge and frame of PVC windows and Alumi-um-plastic complex windows by the software of THERM6.3, then get the values of the whole windows and select the type of high performance windows. For example:70Se-ries argon filled, single suspended film glass with the film of SCL_PS4.CP of PVC window,70series used warm edge technology, single suspended film glass with the film of SCL_PS4.CP of Alumium-plastic complex window and so on.Finally, the software of DeST calculates the energy analysis and economic analysis between the windows, and the results were as follows: with one low-emissivity coating layer first and filled with argon between the glass layers or using warm edge technology of single suspended film window with the film of SCL_PS4.CP and triple-glazing win-dow have best economy.
