With the development of economy and increase of modern buildings of large room, more attention is paid to the indoor thermal condition and comfort. CFD was used in this paper to solve the air distribution of a typical large space building -large audience studio, additionally, an air-condition design optimization method for multiple thermal sources large audience studio was also given.Three different air-condition airflow organization forms were studied by FLUENT6.1.2. Corresponding temperature field and velocity field contour in representative region were also present in the thesis.Rational analysis was given for the air-condition load calculation, blast parameter, air-supplying angle, air vent size and position. Results show that much lamps load can be removed with blowholes in ceiling above gathering lamps and the heat air exhaust caused by fresh air supplying pressure. Taking noise standard and flow field into account, a better airflow organization form is to supply air at 75 degree angle from the side wall and return to down in high or middle air supplying velocity. All of this is referred to similar examples.
