In recent years,with the development of science and technology,modeling and simulation technology is widely applied to complex systems such as aero-engine,etc.To meet the practical demand,the AMESim software can be applied to the modeling of certain engine fuel control system,and the arithmetic model established can beter reflect the practical one. Components can work steadily.With appropriate input and output,analyzing its principle components and the system,the stimulating result with the use of AMESim matches the experimental one.Adopting modeling and simulation in parameter-optimizing is the base for the future design of digital control system,and is of great practicability in project performance.This paper researches the fuel control system of certain aero-engine completely.In order to satisfy engineering practicability,improve technology capability,reduce production cost,the performance of the main components and whole system is stimulated and analyzed,enabling it to be remodeled in the future.Furthermore,two new designs and sigle experiment are studied to improve dynamic capability of the temperature control system.This paper is to analyze and discuss the composition, principle and test system of two designs in detail.The process of experimentation is also introduced at last.
