The research object of the thesis is the B aero engine's control system, which was altered from the control system on A aeroengine made in Russia. The purpose of the study is to improve performance of the control system by modeling and simulating.Due to the differences of the control laws of the two engines, the control systems on them are different from each other either. First of all, the differences of the control laws of the two engines were compared, and then the composing and the working principle were analyzed in detail. Based on this, the models of the main components and the entire control system were established. Finally, these models were used to make some calculations for the control systems; the results of the models were compared with the experimental data, which proves that the models are able to accurately reflect the quality of the control system. The control system in the paper is very complex so that adopting the traditional modeling method for the hydro-mechanical systems is unable to establish an accurate model of this control system. In order to solve this issue, the object-oriented modeling method was adopted, and several advanced software AMESim, Matlab and VC were used to co-simulate the entire control system.Furthermore, the methods to adjust and improve the performance of the control system were discussed, which might greatly help us understand the design notion and improve the quality of the control system. The co-simulation was done by connecting model of the control system with the nonlinear engine model, which serves as the basis for future research.
