Firstly, this paper discussed the equation of the involute spur gear, selected the right parameter, and built the parameterized finite element model of planetary gears, which includes sun gear, planetary gear and annular gear. While the parameters of the planetary gears were inputted in parameter text, it obtained the model of the planetary gears system. During the process of building, planetary gear, sun gear and ring gear must be assembled accurately. In order to achieve this goal, planetary gear's circumvolve degree need to be calculated.Secondly, the meshing state was simulated by the node coupling method between the mesh gears after accurate assembly. It was to define the same displacement of the mesh nodes in theoretical mesh location and right direction. After that, the dynamic mode analysis was done for the planetary gears, and obtained the natural frequency and the vibration mode.Finally, the special interface of ANSYS for the APDL parameterized program of planetary gears was designed by UIDL language. The special interface could be inputted the parameter and obtain the parameterized modeling. Later on, it could call the APDL program of planetary. This method provided the convenience for design and analysis and substantial fundament for static and dynamic transient analysis.
