Gear transmission is widely used in industrial production and life.As the society develops rapidly,the new requirements for gear shape,size and structure are also more and more demanding for mechanical characteristics and dynamic characteristics.According to the actual need to design the structure and size of gear,considering the structure and the complexity of the tooth profile gear and all kinds of error,the entity modeling,mesh and boundary conditions are given and numerical calculation of spend a lot of manpower and time,especially in CAD and ANSYS engineering software is not familiar with general users spend more time.So urgent need for a gear pair of parameterized modeling and numerical analysis of the construction of the software platform,thus the rapid modeling and numerical analysis,and other functions.This article mainly on a line of gear parametric modeling and numerical analysis platform to build,and then verify the effectiveness of parameterized modeling and numerical analysis system.This study USES Visual c + + programming and ANSYS software's APDL technology,first creating the parameterized modeling and numerical analysis software platform of the involute gear meshing spur gears.Through systemic research key parameters of involute gear and the basic structure,determine the main drive parameters and vice and its related relation,and according to the principle of the formation of involute programming to realize the accurate description and formation of tooth shape.By considering the parameters of main drive,involute gear shape and structure parameters,such as software system for the basic framework design,function design and user interface design,programming implementation for a pair of spur gears parameterized modeling and numerical analysis software.Through ANSYS batch mode and external operating mode to invoke the ANSYS finite element analysis of relevant software module,and through the man-machine interface input a pair of gear teeth,modulus,pressure Angle,tip clearance coefficient of addendum coefficient,the key parameters,such as the material properties and boundary conditions of a pair of gear parametric modeling and numerical analysis process.In this paper,the model efficiency of gear is greatly improved,and the modeling time is shortened.The main research is as follows:1)Based on the second development of ANSYS,a platform for parametric modeling and numerical analysis of a pair of involute straight-teeth cylindrical gears is constructed.Written in Visual c + + code of the system,realized the ANSYS software and the parametric modeling and numerical analysis platform,the data transmission between the interface technology problems are solved such as the caller,data communication problems addressed by Visual Studio,can encapsulate APDL command stream file.2)The parameterized modeling was realized by using the key parameters of gear.Check the mechanical design manual,select the number of teeth,the pressure Angle,modulus,the high coefficient of the tooth and the coefficient of the tooth gap and the five key dimensions parameters as independent parameters,the circle of dividing circle The diameter,standard center distance,thickness and so on are non-independent parameters,the shape and size of the gear are limited and designed.The APDL command flow text that generates the gears when the parameter changes is called by using the function of the second development of ANSYS.3)The data of parametric modeling and the visualization of numerical analysis data are realized.In Visual c + + secondary development of ANSYS software environment,by combining its APDL language,the software implements a pair of gears of the three-dimensional entity data and grid data,the deformation,stress and strain data and a variety of dynamic data visualization and can draw the corresponding graphics(meshing figure,the deformation figure,stress nephogram,etc.).By modeling the parameterization of gear models of different types and sizes,this paper validates the validity of this parametric modeling and numerical analysis software system.Through the establishment of a parameterized model of gear,meshing and setting boundary conditions and so on,then finally according to the actual transmission in static and modal analysis interface to enter the corresponding constraint conditions and load torque conditions,boundary conditions,such as the gear for the static analysis,modal analysis,etc.,analyzed the figure of a pair of gears meshing,the deformation figure,stress nephogram and modal vibration mode figure,etc.,to further verify the validity of the software system.
