As the important means of temperature measurement and instrument industry in the modern society, so thermocouple get wide used in now days measure technology.The calibrating work is one of the national"mandatory calibration"projects, in order to insure the thermocouple's veracity, it must be verified strictly before it is sold, and calibrated periodically in the process of its use. With the further development and wide application of computer to the various fields of society production and the subsistence, the calibrating work for thermocouple has being evolved from the past traditional manual operation into the current advanced automation, which improved the process of thermocouple calibrate. Recently, it has been made successfully by a few domestic corporations, however the thermocouples calibrate have higher require, but the currently calibrate equipment have lots of deficiency.Based on above situations, the thesis make full analyze the thermocouple measure equipment with object-oriented method and study the PID algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm. The thesis Design and implement a new kind of thermocouple calibration virtual controller, which fulfilled temperature measurement and instrument industry in modern society. The software programmed used Microsoft visual C++6.0, which have well graphic user interface, more visible, sweet and convenient handle.
