| The marine ships use large amount of high purity make-up water to dilute the ions in the primary and secondary circuit and do the experiment of compressive stress before doing the experiment of mooring. Large amount of eligible purity water is sent to ships from the dock, during the experiment of mooring and coordination between the primary and secondary circuit.According to the idiographic requirement of plentiful high purity water during the experiment of mooring, this paper suggests to produce high purity water in the dock by using the reverse osmosis technology and ion exchange technology, confirm the way of getting seawater from the shore directly, analyze the character of seawater quality, and confirm the basic design parameter of seawater converse osmosis and the rate of system fresh water callback. This combines the actual condition of the dock and marine power plant.The first project has the advantages of economizing on energy, high purity of make-up water, low cost of building, low cost of circulation, and high reliability, so it is recommended to use.The high purity make-up water system in the marine dock is designed by the second project. It is based on the geographical environment, the water quality of rap water, and power supply instance. At first, this paper analyses the principium of reverse osmosis to get rid of ions, based on the water quality of rap water in the dock, then calculates the pressure, the flux and the dissipative energy of every parts in reverse osmosis system, and finishes the analysis and designing calculation of ion-exchange reactor.After the design, according to the designing requirement and calculating result, I change equipment for experiment, do the principium prototype test of high purity make-up water system in the dock, and deal with the experimental data. The experimental data shows that the water quality and flux of the water produced by this system are steady, and the impurity and most of the ion in water are wiped off. The experimental result can achieve the requirement of the high purity make-up water in marine ship. |
