Because of the number of scheduled flight increasing rapidly, it brings a big pressure to the airport maintenance service equipments, such as raceway, parking apron, command centre, eg. In order to shorten the ground handling operation time for each flight and to avoid flight delay due to improper operation arrangement. it has been an important aspect of the airport management to make full use of the limited equipments for air fleet maintenance operations, to coordinate and schedule the progress of the ground handling operation for each flight. This paper focuses on the scheduling problem in air fleet maintenance operation, especially in case of high load of flight service or abrupt affairs and the reallocation of and air fleet is required, and analyzes the initial conditions, resource restrictions, and layout restrictions in detail during aircraft scheduling based on the characteristic of the airport in that circumstance. Due to the unidentified operation procedure for each aircraft and loosened resource restrictions, each operation of an aircraft can be performed on any equipment of identical performance, which enlarges the optimization space of the problem and make the problem more difficult in comparison to other scheduling problems. To target the more complex combination optimization problem, we propose a heuristic algorithm based on priority rules in conventional job shops. This heuristic algorithm solves the equipment allocation problem for the aircrafts and the operation sequencing problem in the equipments, which accomplishes the operation procedure for each aircraft. Secondly, we proposed a method to solve the parallel operation by decomposing it to several serial operations. Thirdly, the dynamic problem during real aircraft scheduling, i.e. the influence of aircraft by random affairs, is solved by being broken down into several static problems based on the combination of dynamic management and static optimization technologies. At last, based on the vision simulation software Vega and three-dimension modeling software Creator, the three-dimension modeling of the air fleet scene has been built. Then the walk of the simulation clock has been used to scan the scheduling table of the air fleet which was gotten from the air fleet scheduling subsystem. At the same time, the vision scene is drived. This method can't only examine the reality of the scheduling result, but get an intuitionistic effect.
