| Flight scheduling is the fundamental of all production activities in the airlines,and exerts a direct influence on the airlines’ operation and revenue.The existing flight scheduling is generally established under the conditions of certain external environment.However,there are various disturbances in the actual implementation.Changes in demand can lead to inappropriate fleet assignment;bad weather,traffic flow control and poor ground support will incur large or small deviation between operating time and flight scheduling,which is very prone to flight delay.In order to better cope with the irregular flight problems caused by external disturbances,this paper studies on the various links of the generalized flight scheduling to optimize the anti-interference performance.It is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is to study the fleet assignment problem under disturbance.Considering the disturbance factor of demand change,the flight demand forecasting model based on GA-SVR is designed according to the demand’s complex nonlinear variation and the limited sample.Based on the prediction results,considering the improvement of the disturbed flights’ recovery efficiency and the operation economics,a dual-target model is established.Through case analysis,it is verified that the model can significantly improve the anti-interference performance(16.7%)at the expense of less profit(4.2%).The second part studies the aircraft scheduling problem under daily disturbances such as rain and snow,flow control,busy airports,delayed passengers,and poor support.Firstly,the general aircraft scheduling model is analyzed in a certain environment,where there is no external disturbance and the flight times are in accordance with the schedule.Then,on the basis of this,considering the uncertainty that flight times change under disturbance,the time variable and antiinterference target are introduced to establish a dual-target model with the smallest delay of arrival and departure and maximum maintenance opportunities,and to carry out the integrated optimization of flight times and aircraft scheduling.Finally,the flight operation system simulation model is established to simulate the operation of the flight under disturbance,and to obtain the flights’ delay and operating parameters.By combining the simulation model with the deterministic model,a simulation optimization iterative algorithm is designed,which can solve the integrated optimization mathematical model.The case analysis shows that the satisfactory flight times and aircraft scheduling scheme can be obtained through the model and algorithm.The optimal solution has better anti-interference performance. |
