There are some disadvantages of traditional ways to design refrigeration and air-conditioning installations, such as high development cost, long development period, and low development efficiency. With the rapid development of computer simulation technology, traditional design ways are ameliorated by computer simulation means, which could not only reduce development cost, shorten development period but also improve development efficiency, is taking an important significance for promoting the modernization of product design process. In addition, applying computer simulation technology in the control of refrigeration and air-conditioning installations could provide evidences of select and modify control project as well. This essay takes single-stage steam compression refrigeration system as research object. By using computer stimulation technology, and necessary assumption and simplification, establish steady parameter model of four parts: compressor, condenser, capillary tube and evaporator, link the model of these four parts according to the procedure of refrigerating cycle system, and set up the steady parameter model of the whole system, then design algorithm, and compiling simulation program for each part and the refrigeration system. Verified by experimental data, the simulation program could well satisfy the demand of project design. At the end of the essay, use mixed-language the writer compiles simulation software of stream compression refrigeration system, for the further study of refrigeration system.During the process of establish models of compressor, condenser and evaporator, combined typical numerical simulation models with Artificial Neural Network theories. It achieved good results through guarantee the correctness of simulation by typical numerical models, simplified and substituted empirical theory of traditional model by Artificial Neural Network.
