| Energy issues are increasingly being people's attention. In the existing electric supply network, we can find out the electric network's imbalance because of increase in load gradually, leading to excessive wear and tear. The grid structure is reasonable power system security and stability as well as an important foundation for economic operation. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system and the operation of the economy, there must be a careful planning and design grid structure. Therefore, in network planning and design, we should focus on the overall situation, and consider carefully, rational distribution, improve the overall power grid structure. Through the distribution network has been optimized transformation, the method is reality and more energy-saving measures, and it is the more urgent task. This thesis is a decision support system of support, using mathematical optimization and heuristics method. We design and realize a combining regional electric supplying network optimization decision support system.In explaining the decision support system on the basis of relevant theories, this thesis focuses on the design and realization of the model base system, knowledge base systems, and on the integration of the subsystems according to the theory of "Four Basic Warehouse" structure. In the design and Realization model base system, it discusses the design of a model basic idea and chose a genetic algorithm as a method of mathematical optimization, and gives a specific model. In the design and Realization of knowledge base systems, it detailed description of the distribution network optimization decision support system in the relevant knowledge base, and to achieve a problem generating knowledge-based systems and problem solving knowledge-based systems. In the integrated design, it combines all subsystems for a reasonable way, and it realizes the typical module based on the practical applications. Upon completion of system design, the software carried out a field test in some enterprises. The research based on this thesis laid the scientific basis with regard to reduce energy loss area and the rebuilding of electric supplying network. |
