With high-speed railway, subway and light rail generating, higher speed, lighter weight lower noise of train is paid attention to by more and more researchers. Aluminum alloy materials have characteristic of less density, high intensity, etc. it is used in railway wagons. However, aluminum alloy railway wagon is easy to pass vibration and decreases the effect of noise insulation. Solving the problems of decreasing the vibration and noise and noise insulation has become the key of using aluminum alloy railway wagons.In this paper a finite elements model of aluminum alloy materials and experiment model analysis based on mechanical admittance method is built and test and analyze the effect of decreasing the vibration and noise on different damping materials. Then, basing the results of a finite elements model and experiment model analysis, the way of decreasing the vibration and noise and the position of sticking damping materials can be get.In the same condition of experiment signals of vibration and noise are be collected after simulating aluminum alloy materials, aluminum alloy materials with damping materials and aluminum alloy materials with damping materials made in foreign country, obtain frequency response curves. The effect of decreasing the vibration and noise on aluminum alloy materials with damping materials can be got. The cohere analysis between vibration and noise signals is calculated in order to infirm the affect of other signals.In the same condition of experiment signals of noise after noise insulation are be collected while voice of the sound source passes simulating aluminum alloy materials, aluminum alloy materials with damping materials and aluminum alloy materials with damping materials made in foreign country, obtain frequency response curves. The effect of aluminum alloy materials on noise insulation with damping materials can be got.In the paper study the relation between vibration characteristic and noise of aluminum alloy materials of railway wagon with experimental method, analyze vibration and noise, draw a conclusion on the effect of deceasing vibration and noise generated from aluminum alloy materials with damping materials.
