There are various problems about the vibration and noise of amorphous alloy motors,Multiple significant factors should be considered in the study of vibration noise,nevertheless,the influence of magnetostriction on which is often ignored.The effects of different processing techniques on the vibration noise of amorphous alloy motors will be analyzed emphatically in the paper.Firstly,according to the characteristics of 15 kW amorphous alloy motor,With its influence factors of overlying coefficient to establish the space of two models,and with professional softwares to calculate the coefficient of overlying different core deformation and the change of the vibration acceleration,matching the sound field distribution around the measured area at the same time.Finally,the relevant data obtained from the calculation and experiment are compared to seek the general rule and to prove the correctness of the model.Secondly,Varnished and annealing method are used to deal with the same height and size of the amorphous alloy iron core sample piece to carry on the processing,and by measuring the parameters to calculate the vibration acceleration and noise,the size of the 2.1kW of amorphous alloy material varnished and annealing process of careful research,to analyze through the experiment of the degree of motor vibration noise affected by the two processes.According to the finite element method,the vibration and noise of stator core and casing at the rated frequency of 267 Hz were analyzed and measured experimentally when there was no overshoot,0.05 mm overshoot and 0.1mm overshoot.As the temperature of the motor core rises and the loss of the yoke increase greatly with the increase of the overshoot,this paper will seek for the gap between the vibration noise of the stator core and the relatively small iron consumption.Finally,Using the mathematical model of the 15 kW amorphous alloy on a permanent magnet motor for the calculation of vibration and noise,researching the influence of the vibration and noise of amorphous alloy motor ACTS separately with electromagnetic force and magnetostriction together,the magnetic field distribution,deformation and sound field distribution of the motor are obtained.
