Highway maintenance and extension needs to check and appraise the serviceability of subgrade and pavement, which can offer the reliable data for design, the major technique questions in old cement concrete pavement test is how to confirm the thickness and defect of cement concrete board and how to evaluate the void state under the board. This paper, rely on the repair project of Hanzhong-Mianxian 108 highway, uses FWD,pavement radar,boring samples to acquire the pavement deflection and board thickness, and analyzes this data to study the pavement structure state; based on the field test, adopts the finite element analysis to compute pavement deflection under different load position,different void position and different void area, differentiates the impact between the void and joints load-transfer ability, put forwards the cement concrete pavement void detection method and steps; based on the pavement radar and boring samples data, aggregates the technique to check and detect the thickness of board; all this results can refer for cement concrete pavement maintenance and repair.
