The main bridge of Dongguan Dongjiang bridge is a three main trusses steel bridge with rigid cable. The structure is novel, complex in mechanics, difficult to construction. The bridge constructed by cantilever construction technique. It will face the problems caused by much closure mouth and influence factor. This paper, based on Dongjiang bridge, study the main influence factor to the closure of the bridge. In this paper, it establish a space simulation model through the MIDAS/CIVIL software, analyze the load, bearing pre-elevation and temperature act on the steel truss girder. Collect the fabrication and installation error measured data, based on the combination of norms and the production of the bridge is installed, the production of Installation error on the closure of steel truss girder is discussed. The error in the construction of a steel truss girder is analyzed. Analysis show that:①Weight of steel truss girder play a important part in the influence of Closure. Other temporary construction load is only a small proportion of the total load.②Deformation caused by the bearing pre-elevation is linear.③Temperature influence changes in the whole part are smaller than temperature influence changes in the local part.④The fabrication error and installation error of steel girder influence to the closure is worthy of further study.⑤Under the design demands, the error in the construction of the steel truss bridge is small influence to the whole structure.Base on the conclusions, give the parameter table and the advice for the closure of the bridge. It can be provided as a reference in actual construction. And, study will provide reference for the closure to the type of bridge in future.
