The steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge has strong applicability and span capacity,and be applied to montane highway-bridge and railway-bridge extensively.At present,it is managed usually by unstressed state control method to construction control of the steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge,but it is inevitably to generate error during manufacturing truss girder bar,and the manufacturing error will lead to bridge span structure's status value of geometric alignment deviate its anticipative desired value gradually,namely installation error.It is necessary to forecast and analyze the transmission effects of truss girder bar's manufacturing error,for controlling the steel truss girder's installation error effectively,and insuring the finished bridge's structural state is in keeping with design requirements as far as possible,thereby formulating targeted adjustment and amendment measures to error.This article based on the manufacturing error analysis and installation process analysis of long-span steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge,discussed the steel truss girder's transfer rule of manufacturing error.The main achievements are presented as follow:(1)Introduced the cause of manufacturing and installation error of steel truss girder and relevant regulation,measured and counted full-bridge's basic size error of steel truss girder bar for Beipanjiang Bridge,and summarized the law of the probability distribution of errors.(2)Analyzed the truss girder bar by using discretization and modeling method,and builded a vector-matrix to achieve unified numerical expression of the steel truss girder bar's manufacturing and installation error.(3)Analyzed the measure error's transfer process in multi-procedure assembly system of steel truss girder,and builded the state space model of bar's pivotal feature size error with coordinate transform matrix.(4)Confirmed the typical pattern of manufacturing and installation error,and deduced the calculation formulas for steel truss girder bar's error transfer during installation.(5)Beipanjiang Bridge at Hang-Rui Highway is used as engineering background to study its variation and transferring law and how will it affects the pivotal condition of bridge for the manufacturing length error of steel truss girder bar by using method that sensitivity analysis of parameter.
