The pre-stressed concrete composite girder with corrugated webs was a new type of steel-concrete composite structure , which was have been extensive used in Japan and European countries lied in its super-performance on mechanics , because the superiority was making fully utilize of material characteristic of the steel and concrete . The type of structure could achieve light-duty of girders, thus relieved the engineering quantity of its substructure. This paper introduced firstly the characteristic of the pre-stressed concrete composite girder with corrugated webs, including the form of corrugated webs and the shear connectors. Then the advantages and disadvantages of the pre-stressed concrete composite girder with corrugated webs were summarized, when compared to the pre-stressed concrete beam bridge and the pre-stressed concrete composite girder with flat webs. At last, the main study content was put forward, based on the study situations of this structural at home and abroad. In this paper, Combined with the achievements in analyses abroad as well as the data of the constructed bridges, the behaviors of the trapezoidal corrugated steel webs used in the constructed bridges were analyzed theoretically, such as its axial deformation , flexural stress , local, global and interactive buckling stability of corrugated steel webs .The ANSYS was used to simulate the deflection and the stress when corrugated steel web composite girder pressed by the force at the middle of it in the paper. And the finite element method applied to analyze the composite bridge with corrugated webs T-type Beam, with different variation parameters, such as the marking forming angle, the corrugated webs'height, the length of direct plate section, the thickness of webs, the height of webs and the beam span, and the distribution of deflection and stresses was given. Then, taking a tested girder for example to compare the calculation of the finite element method with tested measurement datum in load testing reports,in order to verifying the exactness of this paper.Meanwhile, the vertical stress and the shear stress distribution along the height of the beam at the key sections were studied. In order to providing a reference for parameter optimization design of the composite bridge with corrugated webs T-type Beam. Finally, the material dosage as well as the economic benefit of several actual bridges was comparised when different structure form used.
