The highway construction in China recently is developing from East ereas to Midwest mountainous ereas. It is inevitable to meet high subgrade when we construct highway in mountainous area.Relative to common subgrade,the high subgrade have large settlement,long-time settlement,but it is not alluded expressly in actual norm of our country. The settlement of mountainous high subgrade,especially uneven settlement, If we take inappropriate measures, it would result in premature failure and excessive distress of pavements. At present, as the theoretical research on the uneven settlement of mountainous high subgrade is not enough, it restricts the construction quality and long-term serviceability seriously.Basing on extensive survey and collection of other highway in China and abroad, according to the construction example of Bao Fu highway in Bao Ding city Hebei pyovince,depending on theoretical analysis and field experiment, this thesis put forward the settlement criterion and control measures about high subgrade uneven settlement, which mainly contain four parts as follows:(1) Based on vast investigations of subgrade engineening at home and abroad, Analyzing uneven settlement mechanism and model,puts forward influencing factor of differential settlement,points out the influence on differential settlement of the not standardized construction and design,modulus of composite foundation and different soil.(2) Analyzing high subgrade of Bao Fu expressway and Engineering Geological Condition,introducing different calculating method of subgrade uneven settlement.This thesis use the ANSYS program to calculate and analyze settlement of Bao Fu high subgrade,analyze the influence degree on differential settlement of filling height and different soil.(3)Based on Bao Fu expressway,putting forward research thinking and controlling criterion of differential settlement.(4)Putting forward the differential settlement controlling technology of mountainous high subgrade, according to high subgrade, high embankment culvert, cut to fill location,putting forward treatment measure of bench excavation, geotechnical grille and dynamic compaction.
