With the development of economy,the rise of central China and the strategy of developing the western region are being pushed forward.In the mountains,there are frequent high embankments on the expressway,and the settlement and stability of the embankment are related to the success and failure of the construction of the high embankment.It has always been a major concern.Based on the high embankment embankment project of Zhangcheng Expressway,this paper analyzes the settlement mechanism and control technology of expressway high embankment embankment,The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Through the review of domestic and foreign literature,to understand the characteristics of high mountain embankment settlement,and its use of the treatment methods to assess.It is found that the high embankment embankment is high and large in the mountainous area,and the compaction compaction method and the method of impact compaction are used to improve the compaction degree in the construction process.(2)The settlement mechanism of high embankment is analyzed and studied.It is found that the settlement of high embankment is different from that of ordinary embankment,which includes foundation settlement and embankment settlement.(3)The typical high-filled embankment section is selected,and the application of the dynamic compaction in the construction process is numerically simulated.The vertical deformation and the excess pore water pressure of the high embankment are analyzed.The results show that the lower embankment is more stable than the upper embankment.The settlement of the high embankment has a good linear relationship with the height of the filling.The cumulative settlement of the embankment at the beginning of the filling increases with time,and the settlement rate will decrease and settle The sedimentation deformation of the high embankment in the mountainous area after the compaction with strong weathered granite as the filler and the stratified dynamic compaction is small,the bearing capacity is obviously increased and the post-construction settlement is obviously reduced.(4)The simulation results show that the optimal tamping time is 6 times and the effective depth of the dynamic compaction is 5 m.(5)For the post-construction settlement,two typical projects were selected,and the treatment methods adopted were understood.According to the actual situation,Zhangcheng high-speed field was treated with new technology lime stabilized cement piles.According to the results of the observation,it is shown that the new process can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the high embankment and control its settlement for the post-construction settlement of the high embankment due to the high water content.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the settlement and deformation law and control technology of high embankment in mountainous area,which is of great reference value for the design and construction of high embankment embankment in mountainous highway.
