From 1996 up to now, with the application of steel structure in construction industry is more and more extensively, the research and appliance of the Large Span Steel Structure is flying to develop soon. Among them, the tube structure due to opposite to other spatial structures have many characteristics, had wide applications in the exhibition building and the air terminal sail station building. The research and appliance of tube structure is evolving in the direction of the smaller own weight develop, increasing continuously along with the span length. And also gradually thorough because of the influence research of the tube structure for the flaw generate by the fabrication and the construction.Investigated the influence of defects in structure stability and four construction conditions of tube-truss structural, Tracking the data of defects Caused by fabrication and the construction process of 48 tube-trusses of Xi'an Qujiang international exhibition center, categorized the different style of defects, and Analysis the Cause of defects, after this, researched and Statistical Analysised defects of tube-truss structural, established the Distribution Characteristic and Statistical Parameter of defects by using the mathematical statistics method. On this basis, using consistent imperfect buckling analysis method, Analysis the influence of defects to the Ultimate Bearing Capacity of tube-truss structural and structure stability on four construction conditions. We can get that the effects of deviation of wall thickness has great influence in structure stability and four construction conditions and that can not be Ignored.Using stochastic finite element method according to the ANSYS-PDS bench, Analyze different material defect's acuteness for the potential shape towards of structure ,that have initial geometric imperfection. Sequenced the acuteness of material defects in the potential shape towards of structure, we found the most sensitive influence of defect to the potential shape towards of structure. Based on this, we put forward some useful suggestions on the fabrication and the construction process of tube-truss structural.
