Construction Control And Key Technology Analysis Of Suspension Bridges

As a new special bridge type, suspension bridge has won more and more engineering's favors with its beauteous build,economy performance and striving adaptability of geology and topography feat hers.It has become a very competitive blue print of the urban bridge with the great span .Relying on the project of hubei siduhe suspension bridge,this thesis analyzes the calculating theory of the cable system and does some significant experimental research on the anchorage system of the suspension bridge.The main work in this thesis is described as follows:1,The phylogeny and application actuality inland and abroad are introduced in this thesis,summarizes the basic construction and forcing characteristic,and indicates the existed problems and developing trend of suspension bridge.2,The erection method and process for the construction of catwalk and its advertent proceedings are explained thoroughly.The detailed structural parameters of catwalk are discussed and their according factors which should be considered when design are introduced.3,Hauling system is key equipment in the main cable erection of suspension bridge.It is a comples system which consist of many kinds of mechanic and the operators.The reciprocated gantry and hauling system of siduhe suspension bridge is taken as an example in this thesis to research the key technology in designing and construction of hauling system and its operation technology. Based on the single rope calculation theory and the segmental catenary theory, structure analysis of catwalk and main cable of suspension bridge together with calculation of construction control are carried out, a set of integrity and concrete numerical procedure is provided and the corresponding calculation program is given.4,This paper takes siduhe suspension bridge as the background project and does researches on the main cable construction under temperature effect.Combined with the actual construction condition and the bridge's structural characters,the temperature measurement scheme of catwalk and main cable is given.
