Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge which is colorful and has significantly advantages is applied widely in China. Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with reverse arch is boldly innovated and attempted by engineering designer to meet people's aesthetic requirements. The arch ribs of this type brigde is concrete filled steel tubular truss combined by main rib and sub rib which are separate from each other. The lineartype of main rib is different from sub rib which is reverse bending curve nearby the position corresponding to main rib skewback. The side span of the arch bridge can use the form of half arch or rigid frame.The application of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is just onfolding in China. But the study on the theory of concrete filled steel tube structure is relative lag and the regulation of designing is not unified. The standard of the design and construction of the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is also not unveiled. The paper will discuss the basic theory of concrete filled steel tube as well as the design and the calculated method of the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.The paper will adopt straight line, parabola and circle to the reverse bending curve of the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with inverse bending arch to discuss the influence on the force distribution of the arch section,the thrust at springer, the structural stiffness, the stability and the dynamic behavior. At the same time,the paper contrast the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with inverse bending arch with concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge like flying swallow to analysis its characteristics. By analysing and calculating, the paper suggests that the reverse bending curve of the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with inverse bending arch has better use the lower concave ,because it has better stability and its modeling is elegant and free.The paper combining with Gao Yang brigde which has been designed, establishes its spatial finite calculated model with finite element program to analyse its intensity, stability and dynamic behavior. By calculating, conclude that this type of arch brigde first appear instability out of plane, the relative rigidity is lower and belongs to flexible sructural system. At the same time ,the paper combining the existing design standards of concrete filled steel tubular structure,calculates deformation of modulus of concrete filled steel tubular and its bearing capacity of the singal string. In addition, the paper discuss the application of the standards when engineer design the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.
