Study On Layout Adjustment Evaluation Of Railway Marshalling Yards

In order to optimize the railway transportation resources allocation, to improve the transportation efficiency as well as the transportation profit, according to the layout adjustment scheme of marshalling yards forward by ministry of railway, the thesis proposes an evaluation index system about layout adjustment of marshalling yards and researches on the layout effects of it, in addition, The thesis explores the evaluation method of marshalling yards layouts, to optimize the scheme of layout adjustment scheme of marshalling yards.Firstly, This thesis analyses the current situation and the existent issues of the marshalling yards layout; based on the railway organizational development trend, the marshalling yards layout's goal, the principle and the affecting factors, analyses the marshalling yards layout scheme in initial stage and the near future stage; then formulates the evaluating index system of the layout adjustment of marshalling yards, and uses the appropriate evaluation methods to evaluate, analysis the evaluation results.The main contents of the theses are the evaluation index system and the evaluation model of the marshalling yards layout adjustment. This thesis studies the effects evaluation Content based on the layout's characteristic, and formulates the evaluation index system of marshalling yards rested upon the establishing principle of evaluation index. Considering the complexity and the fuzzy comprehensiveness of the layout evaluation for marshalling yards, this thesis uses the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, combining triangular fuzzy number and AHP to fix indexes weigh, using VC++ to realize the evaluation process, to gain the evaluation results of the initial stage and the recent stage and analysis the results. Through the study of layout adjustment evaluation, the thesis proves the optimization effects and feasibility of the two adjustment schemes.
