The automobile lamp play an important part in the safeguard system of automobiles, and the measure system of automobile lamp is the security guard to gurantee qualified automobile lamps qualities. In our country, many measure facilities in lamps and lanterns measure departments urgently need improvement because of their low efficiencies and poor precisions. So the designing and application of measure system of automobile lamp has a quiet strong practical meaning.The paper firstly did a in-depth study on theoretical basis and accomplishing method of color measure system of automobile lamp, compared current spectral measurement methods we often used, analyzed the affections of circuit, software and optical system to the overall performance, adjusted the optical system constituted by fiber optic probe , collimating mirror, replica of plane diffraction grating, highly sensitive CCD device, and constructed the hardware part of the whole measure system together with CCD driver circuit and data acquisition circuit.Wrote color measure software system based on Visual C++.net platform; designed Two-dimensional mean filter algorithm to make signal noise reduction aimed at the whole application situation of the system; designed Sub-threshold Centre Act to look for the position of peak value, demarcated the system .Use the powerful database offered by SQL server 2000 to store data, made the look up and sharing of test results convenient.. Put Excel's part function into the system through the port of Visual C++ and Excel, strengthened the system's statistical analysis and Chart generation abilities. Made part modules into dynamic-link library improved the system's reusability and Extensibility.Finally , designed experiment and proved the overall performance of the system, and provided performance parameter of the system. It can be seen from the experiment that the system Color accuracy and Repeatability is less than 0.0005, achieved the desired goal. Analyzed reasons which affect system accuracy and pointed the improving direction afterwards.
