With the development of the new technology, more and more high precisioninstruments need AC-voltage regulator power supply with high accurate steady output.At the same time, as the economy develops rapidly and the load of power increases,the power quality probem such as voltage fluctuations and distortions becomeconspicuous in our country, and it cannot satisfy the requirements of the highprecision equipments, so an AC-voltage regulator power supply with high accuracyand wide range is needed between the electric power network and those equipments.The power supply based on Delta inverter can stabilize voltage and improve thepower factor of the input to reduce harmonics. Therefore it has important actualmeaning and research value.This article adopts the series compensated converter as the topology of the maincircuit, and the main circuit is expatiated from the prospect of energy bilateraltransmission. In view of the characteristics of Delta inverter, analyzes the voltagestabilizedsource principle, and a new work mode is put forward that the technique ofrectify and high-frequency chopper is introduced in positive compensated state,whereas the negative compensated state adopts the ways of active clamp Buckconverter. Established the equivalent circuit model which the Delta inverter and theelectrical network affected mutually, obtained the ideal compensation voltage and thecompensation voltage relationship, analyzed the filter and its position and theelectrical parameter's effect to the actual compensation voltage. This article designedthe inverter output filter, the compensation transformer and the electric capacityparameter of the PWM rectifier.In view of the system, the feed-forward control characteristic, the feedback control,characteristic and the improved feed-forward control characteristic of the Deltainverter and the indirect and the direct electric current control characteristic of thePWM rectifier had been compared separately, and established the improvement feedforwardcontrol and the direct electric current control simulation model using theMATLAB software to analyzed the Delta inversion voltage stabilizer speed andprecision, simulation waveforms are given. Verify the feasibility of the controlstrategy described in the text.
