Ship power station automation is one important part of the cabin automation, power station automation is to ensure that the continuity, reliability and quality of power supply to ships. In recent years, with the development of computers, control, communications and network technology, the structure of automated monitoring system has undergone great changes, gradually forming a management information system based on integrated automation system. Field bus technology developed in this situation and has been widely applied in the automatic monitoring system of ship power station.This paper will research the power station generator protection equipment in the ship. For requirements of automation, intelligent, high-reliability, the system discards the way of MCU + A / D parameters measurement, using ATT7022. At the same time, the system uses a dual CAN bus redundancy communications system, with CANopen agreement for communication. The whole system consists of the LPC2129 central control unit, the parameters measurement unit, 485 serial communication unit, CAN interface communication with higher level unit, switching input unit, switching output unit. System measures generator's AC voltage, AC current, the internal DC, apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor, line frequency by the parameters measurement unit. These parameters are transmit to the higher level unit through CAN interface. System software is based onμCOS-II, including the driver program and the application program.The system is one module of detect and alarm system in cabin. It is connected with other maritime equipment, they communicated with each other by CANopen protocol. The whole alarm system references CiA DSP301, DSP302, DSP307, and achieves the floating of the main module and redundant communications mechanism, system is stronger and more stable.
