| In order to meet the requirement of automatization upgrading and modernized management of electric power system, the author designs Intelligent Protection& Measurement equipment integrating measurement, control, protection and communication in this article. The device adopts modularized structure which consists of controller module, electric transformation module, import and exit module, communication module and human-machine dialogue module so that the device can perform different functions.The hardware adopts the design including electric energy computation chip(ATT7022), microcomputer chip and CPLD. The computation chip, ATT7022, which boasts high precision and collects complete set of measurement data can make the device finish the data measurement with precision and high speed. The microcontroller chip(ATMEGA 128) is a kind of memorizer with high speed and capacity, it can effectively control and monitor the modules without additional peripheral memorizer. CPLD adopts XC9672 to replace the standard integrating chip in previous designs, which can connect the controller module with import and exit module and human-machine dialogue module. The parts and apparatus in the hardware design are highly integrated with excellent performance, so the peripheral apparatus are not needed. The design simplifies the electric circuit, enhances the capability of interference rejection and improves the quality-price ratio of the equipment.C language is adopted in the software design, which divides the whole system into controller program module and different subprogram modules by modularized program. The controller program can control subprogram module to handle the keyboard, communication and on/off system according to the cut-off request.The Intelligent Protection& Measurement Equipment with high integration and excellent performance is of great significance to facilitate the automatization of electric power system. |
