Regarding the breakwater on soft soil ground, Bagged Sand Core of bank structure is considered which have simple pattern, Convenience operation, economy construction cost, is widely used. But in the place impacted by storm, the traditional straw bag structure installed by putty is unable to be suitable. In view of the fact that the earthwork fabric has good function of water draining, isolation and the filtration in application aspect of the soft soil ground, it may enhance the structure stability in the soft soil ground. The Bagged Sand Core of bank structure which forms by the earth jig bag sufficient sanding-up material may be used in area where sand source is quite rich. This structure overall performance is good, the soft base processing is simple and economy, the construction efficiency is high, has the high promotion application value. the stability of Bagged Sand Core of bank structure is calculated in this paper, its research results have the important meaning to the structure criterion's design and the building cost of projects, it has the big project application value.Firstly, destruction form of the earthwork fabric in actual project is researched in the paper, destroys in this structure for the glide break and skids pulls out the destruction is determined. Simultaneously it is considered that the earthwork fabric and the sufficient sandbag sacking provide the partial skie-resistance moment, and become the complete skie-resistance moment with the skie-resistance moment superimposition with the soil body dead weight to resist the glide moment of external force, thus the smallest safety coefficient of the structure is calculated.Next, simple Swedish method is used, considered that the structure glide form is the circular slide, and the earthwork fabric provides the skie-resistance moment to comply the procedure by FORTRAN. The smallest safety coefficient and the corresponding circular arc parameter is seeked with the circulation search's way, and theory of this paper is confirmed through computation for actual project.Finally, separately through the change of structure's slope and the shoulder width, relation and the change rule between which and the smallest safety coefficient is discovered. The result proved that: Along with slope enlargement, safety coefficient kmin presents the tendency which reduces unceasingly; The flank shoulder's width reduces unceasingly, the smallest safety coefficient unceasingly is also reducing and presents linear distribution approximately.
