Abstract/Summary:
RCC construction is characterized by large placed area for rapid and continuous construction.In the construction process,there are many constraints.As is known to all,its quantities are great,and placement period is also very long.During the process of placement,there are great amount and types of placement machine,as well. Especially,the concrete works makes features of complicated structure,high technical requirements,and great construction intensity.In addition,many factors must be considered carefully to determine which dam block to be placed.So it is relation and condition of variously those factors during concrete dam construction process,which not only makes us have trouble with personal arrangement of sequence of pouring and construction alternatives but also not take comprehensively in account of all factors effecting construction alternatives.Particularly for comparison and optimization of several pouring plans and machine combined schemes,it is more difficult to make an opportune and available decision.Applying computer simulation innovates an approach for the construction research of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering.Based on the front results of the field,this paper carry out simulation research on longkaikou RCC dam.The main work is as follows:(1) According to the overview of longkaikou station,this paper analyzes construction characteristics and the main factors of the longkaikou RCC dam.(2) Analyze and disscuss the principle and method of simulation.Put forward ideas and possible solutions.(3) This paper establishes concrete dam construction process simulation models based on discrete event simulation theory and object-oriented approach.The system considers the different characteristics and different construction of the dam pouring characteristics between conventional concrete and roller compacted concrete. It is suitable for construction simulation for concrete gravity dam,concrete arch dam and the RCC dam.(4) According to the characteristics of the big interference of the workshop, complex pouring structure,and many placed areas.The model considers many pouring controlled conditions,such as consolidation grouting,holes construction and automobile warehousing face of the dam control etc.determine the simulation parameters and boundary conditions,drafts many pouring schemes to simulate construction,and draws the results of the strength of pouring,pouring period,the utilization of machinery and pouring process of 2D and 3D presentations.After analyzing the simulation results for the corresponding conclusions,it provides a scientific basis for scheme optimization.
