For hydraulic and hydroelectric projects, the process and safe of the roller-compacted concrete dam construction has a critical influence on the whole project construction. For the construction quality, construction safe and high-intensity continuous construction of Huangdeng project, it is must to use various kinds of machines to pour, select advanced technology and economic construction scheme. After fully considerate the actuality of the methodology and its application on roller-compacted concrete dam construction process with simulation technology, the dissertation deeply research the construction system simulation from the construction system analysis, modeling, construction scheduling control and multi schemes analysis. The main contents and achievements of the thesis are summarized as follows:(1) The construction features of the roller-compacted concrete dam under complex constrained conditions were generalized and decomposed systematacially. The mathematical logic models of construction dynamic simulation were set up; The dissertation discusses the methods of project completion probability and disk based on Monte Carlo simulation method.(2) The dissertation discusses the complicated relation between progress and safe,the construction scheduling control procedure coupled with construction safe of roller-compacted dam is brought out based on theory of dynamic simulation, The construction optimization coupling of construction schedule and safe is primarily discussed.(3) Based on the presented methodologies and techniques, the corresponding software system HD-ConDam_Sim was developed with the Huangdeng project. The process of system function realization is described. The system was an effective technical platform for analyzing construction schemes.(4) Based on the key technology of Huangdeng roller-compacted concrete dam, using the construction dynamic simulation system, the multi-schemes simulation computation of Huangdeng hydropower project were completed. According to analyzing the completion probability and disk, pouring intension, and efficiency of the equipments, the system providing techinal supports for the select optimization of construction scheme.
