Roller-compacted concrete(RCC)construction technology is a new dam construction technology,with high efficiency of construction and low project cost.This paper mainly studies the RCC construction technology under high temperature and wet environment condition,combined with Malaysia Murum hydropower station.Proceed from actual engineering,this paper studies management mode,administrative mechanism,focal and difficult points,construction technology and construction technology of special season to improve construction quality and solve the problem of temperature control,rain technical problems for the RCC under high temperature and rainy climate condition to contribute to RCC construction quality management.This paper researches on the foundation of the history and the development of the RCC construction technique both domestic and overseas,weighs in from management mode,administrative mechanism,focal and difficult points and so on,analyzes the construction management on site,so as to confirm the strategy of construction management.The construction control technology of RCC is carried out,and the construction temperature control measures under the condition of high temperature and the precautionary measures under the rainy conditions are put forward and applied to the RCC engineering in Muruo Hydropower Station.In this paper,we put forward the corresponding process management measures according to the strength analysis of construction process.The quality of roller compacted concrete is analyzed and checked from the performance indexes of temperature control,bulk density and drilling core.Study shows that the Murum Dam has not only saved cost but received great social benefits and economic benefits,and has set up a model for the co-existence of interested parties through the innovation of management mode and analyzing the focal and difficult points of the RCC dam.The general layout of the construction is reasonable and too are the resource distribution and the construction management.The affinity of roller compacted concrete is better,and the performance indicators can meet the design requirements.The construction application is under rigorous construction process demonstration,and its comprehensive benefits is significant.The project takes many measures to meet the temperature control requirements under high temperature and climate conditions,such as optimize the concrete mixture ratio,reduce the mixing machine out of the mouth temperature,reduce the temperature and humidity of the warehouse surface,shorten the intermittent interval time,reasonable arrangements for opening time and so on,and the effect is good.In order to meet the requirements of construction quality under the condition of rainy weather,the control and precautionary measures are put forward from the aspects of feed transportation,warehouse drainage,construction mix adjustment and rain protection of warehouse surface.These measures are applied to the RCC engineering in Muruo Hydropower Station and get obvious effects.An effective process management measures is put forward to ensure the progress of the construction.The result of test and verification of the dam quality of Muruo project is good according to the construction quality indicators.
