Indirect heat transfer rotary tube dryer is drying equipment of indirect heat transfer,and base on traditional direct heat transfer rotary dryer,is installed tube in entrails. Quantity of heat for drying is transferred tuber. compare with traditional direct heat transfer rotary dryer, it has virtue hereinsfter:good quality of production, expediently reclaim water of condensation of steam,high heat efficiency,low pollution.Heat transfer inside rotary tube dryer is complicated compare to direct heat transfer rotary dryer. heat transfer process consist of heat conduction and heat convection. rotary tube dryer has been applied to industries, although research of heat exchange coefficient to direct heat transfer country inside and outside.In order to making a study of drying speciality to rotary tube dryer, a unique experimental set-up was designed and built-up. the experiments were performed to analysis the influence of parameters such as rotary-speed, material filling ratio on the tubes'heat transfer coefficient. Finally, we successfully develop self-determination knowledge property right rotary tube dryer.
