| In this paper, arch camber of member in bending, an effective measure aiming to settle problem of component deflection in reinforced concrete structure, is studied from several aspects such as design, construction technique , quality and economy which can clarify improper viewpoint in the field of construction technology at present.In this paper, deflection value is firstly obtained by measuring on the spot for the sample beam intended to study,and then the final deflection value is calculated according to relevant theory considering long-term infulence of load. comparing the deflection-time curevs obtained from a number of documents with the actual deflection value from measurement on the spot, it is found that the actual deflection value for the testing component in the late buliding stage and using period is consistent with the calculating value based on relevant theory.In this paper,the key issues focuses on the rationality of technical scheme. First of all, in the stage of design, the value of arch camber should be specified. Also the feasible floor repairing measurements aiming to settle the problems resulted from arch camber should be put forward.In the aspect of construction, prevalent quality problems resulted from construction are analysed and calculated theoretically and some improved measures are proposed. First of all, it is should understood that the size of component section should not be changed after arch camber. Secondly, main beam,junior beam and bar of plate should be put in proper sequence. Besides, the measurnents ensuring the thickness of concrete and correct arch camber methodes are emphasized when dealing with concrete engineering and formwork engineering resecctively. All of the measurenents mention above can be implement easily and thus improve the efficiency of construction so that can be widely applied in the buliding period.In this paper, more innovative tools are introduced , and some construction techniques are improved. A new viewpoint that plate bars which bear negative bending moment can be regarded as distribution reinforcement in the cross point is put forward . A new falsework system is applied which can ensure arch camber in two vertical directions. A new tool is used to ensure top elevation of floor..The proposal of this paper is to make the bulider and designer come to an agreement which can ensure the technical mesurements used to settle the problem caused by arch camber is proposed in the design stage and implemented in the construction stage so that the total cost can be reduced and economic benefits can be achieved consequently. |
