Research On Informationization Planning Of Tianjin Highway Network

Aiming at the problems that every information system runs alone and the highway information has many sources and different structures in the highway informationization construction of Tianjin, the application and planning of the highway network informationization construction is studied at the base of one information platform to increase the efficiency of the highway network information system.Firstly, the process of development of highway network informationization and typical application system in America, Japan, Europe and China were introduced. The major problems existing in the highway informationization construction of Tianjin were also pointed out. Then, according to the function of management department of Tianjin highway and national ITS frame, the system frame of Tianjin highway network informationization was established. It included four large-scale systems: highway management system, traffic management system, highway tolling system and traffic information system. These systems could be divided into several subsystems according to the different function. Form the information flow and system functions realizing point of view, the logic relationship among the different systems were established at the base of one information platform. Finally, combined with the fact of Tianjin highway, the overall frame of highway management system, traffic management system and traffic information system of Tianjin highway was established. Under the instruction of the overall frame, the frame and function of every subsystem were designed. The results of this study can provide scientific guidance for the highway network informationization construction.
